March 2023 – Present 

  • Ensures the daily operation and functionality of the LMS including managing the HRIS feeds to confirm new employees have been created and proper new hire assignments are auto-assigned correctly. 

  • Ensures functionality of the LMS in areas of registration, notification, administration of training operations, assessments, etc. 

  • Uploads relevant courses and materials within the LMS, then populates course information and assigns learners; Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, home canvases, and settings.

  • Hired, trained, recruited, and scheduled desk shifts, area office shifts, and on-call rotations for 21 live-in student staff members.

  • Advised 6 hall government undergraduate students who facilitated educational programming within the hall.

  • Facilitated over 20 in-hall programs with the hall staff and government with COVID restrictions. 

  • Served on a professional staff on-call crisis rotation that assisted over 20,000 students both on and off-campus. 

  • Maintained safety and security throughout the hall by performing daily maintenance audits and monthly building walk-throughs.
